After 30 years of playing the game and thousands of hours training youth players, founder and CEO, Scott Leber, realized that youth soccer was missing
something. He witnessed player development either not being fun or being sacrificed for winning at all costs. Believing that soccer should be exciting and
rewarding, Scott wanted to shift some of the focus away from the game on the weekend and toward individual improvement by making skill development
'A Game within the Game'. With this simple concept, iSoccer was born.

Fundamentally, the ability to see and reward tangible improvement over time is an extremely powerful motivator, and creates an exciting new dynamic
